This year’s Idea show just came
to an end and we feel very proud and satisfied
with the results. The introduction of our brand
new Laser Cutting Technology proved to be a great
success and caught the attention of many visitors
who came in to our booth to pick up more information.
Besides this, lots of people were interested also
in the other new machines/processes we brought
to the show, such as the FA-X Superflex TP, capable
of manufacturing both baby diapers and training
pants, our B.E.S.T. technology, for the cutting
and placing of trimless shaped back ears, the
FIX Pull-Up for the manufacturing of adult pants
and the Paksis® A-6 stacking and packing machine
for adult incontinence products.

TECHTEXTIL SOUTH AMERICA 2005 – Sao
Paulo (Brazil) November 22-24, 2005
Fameccanica will be present at the South American
exhibition this year too. Whoever will want to
come and visit us will find us at AKZA’s
booth (we will inform you of the exact number
ASAP), inside which there will be an area reserved
to Fameccanica with our own personnel.
SINCE 05, Shanghai, September 26-28,
2005
This year SINCE turned out to be a very important
event for Fameccanica.Data. In fact, it was
the big stage where we introduced the new reality
we are very proud of: Fameccanica Machinery
(Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Our new Chinese manufacturing plant had an entirely
dedicated corner inside our booth, where our
visitors met some of the key people in the organization.
For those who wished, there were guided tours
to the plant. The number of visitors this year
was spectacular, more than in the past years,
and for the first time recorded, there was a
significant presence of Latin-American producers
of disposable sanitary products, at the discovery
of China as a new commercial frontier.
All this makes us believe that things in the
future cannot but go better, and we expect SINCE
07 to be even more astonishing!

We’re
finally back to give you our booth number at
Index 05: 2651. The place is the same of three
years ago: at Palexpo upper floor, right on
the balcony, just besides the lounge area.

05, Geneva, April 12-15, 2005
Less than a year to this triennial event in the
Swiss town. For the nonwovens sector it is, with
no doubt, the most important event in Europe that,
at each new edition, attracts a higher number
of exhibitors and visitors even from the farthest
countries.
Could we miss it? Definitely no! And once again
we’ll be there with many new equipment updates
and upgrades and another astonishing initiative
to introduce them to you!
It’s still too early to give you our booth
number. We asked to keep the same location of
last time, but before giving any number we prefer
to wait for a confirmation by the show organization.
Come and give a glance here every now and then:
as soon as we’ll have some news we’ll
put them online.
IDEA 04, Miami, April

Once again this year the IDEA show took place,
and we were there as always. This event, which
is one of the most important for all the people
involved in the nonwovens sector and with no doubt
the most important in North America, marks at
each new edition an important increase of its
visitors. For this reason we cannot afford to
lose this chance to meet dozens of delegates from
all the companies of disposable sanitary products.
