data processing by the company Fameccanica.Data SpA,
aims to describe the way the company will manage the
personal data processing of users and visitors of the
website www.fameccanica.com.
Moreover, this is a report issued in accordance with the art. 13 of the Italian
Legislative Decree dated 30th June 2003 No. 196 for the users of the services
supplied through our website.
The report does not apply to any other website that can be reached through
our links, of which Fameccanica.Data SpA cannot be held responsible in any

ask for a confirmation of the existence of such data and to be informed about
its content and origin, to check its correctness or ask to integrate, update
or amend it.
Moreover, these subjects are entitled to ask that illegally processed data be
deleted, transformed or made anonymous, as well as to oppose to its processing
for any legitimate reason.

of the service required and shall not be transferred to third parties, unless
such transfer is required by law or necessary to perform the service required.
