The
FAMECCANICA LASER CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
is targeted to work and has been tested with a
very wide range of commercial raw materials and
layering structures. The system successfully cuts
also section edges with different layering structures/thicknesses/density.
Accurate tests have demonstrated this system to
be capable of providing outstanding edge profile
cutting, good tactile perception with no perceivable
changes in raw material appearance. The FAMECCANICA
LASER CUTTING TECHNOLOGY has been proven
in a wide range of manufacturing speeds, including
high-speed operations (i.e. higher than 400 m/min).
The uniqueness of FAMECCANICA LASER CUTTING
TECHNOLOGY is clearly recognized as it
provides full and precise laser rays running to
the desired complex cutting profile at high web
speed and obviously also during speed transitions.

directly from CAD drawings

Production
lines equipped with FAMECCANICA LASER
CUTTING TECHNOLOGY can be operated by
the same crew working on current manufacturing
lines with proper knowledge of mechanics,
electronics, pneumatics and machine logic control
programming systems. A special training
for operation and maintenance ot the Laser Cutting
Technology will be provided by Fameccanica as
part of the supply. |

compliant according to final destination. The
complete manufacturing system (machine including
FAMECCANICA LASER CUTTING TECHNOLOGY)
is Class 1 rated by official certification entity.
No need of specific behaviours
on top of the usual ones requested for standard
manufacturing lines in this sector. No
burning danger even in the case where
the laser rays may be accidentally directed towards
the cellulosic product elements. |
