Model First: the art of stacking
Model First is the new Flexible, Innovative,
Reliable Stacker specifically designed for
baby diapers. |
|
Born from Fameccanica long experience in the manufacturing
of stacking machines, it can be easily integrated
to any production line and meets the needs of the
most highly demanding producers.
It is capable of working with a wide range of counts,
also very low ones such as 4 diapers per stack,
with very fast changeovers and no need of tools.
Model FIRST features an infeed direction to the
packaging machine so that the diapers can be pulled
out of the bag-opening from the side of the fold,
as preferred by most end-users.
Moreover, each single diaper is chain-guided, which
assures the product is kept perfectly flat during
its transportation towards the final extraction
into the bag.
Product quality is so guaranteed, as well as pack
attractiveness. Additionally, Model FIRST has a
visible easy-to-check and maintain process and patented
