Model RAD-DUAL is an automatic counting and horizontal
stacking unit for bi/tri-folded baby diapers.
The "Two Stacking Units" configuration
is the distinctive feature of this stacker. Each
stacking unit is suitable either for connection
with automatic packaging machines or for manual
packaging.
Up to four delivery chutes are available for manual
packaging thanks to the "shuttle" delivery
unit(s), so as to guarantee a full line speed even
in caseof small count bags manually packed.
Each stacking unit can be equipped with hydraulic
and/or pneumatic pressing system, so that delivered
products may be packaged in the "non-compact",
"semicompact" or "compact" format.
RAD-DUAL is the ideal solution for production lines
needing to switch from automatic to manual packaging
or for production lines running with two different
packaging formats at the same time.
