Integrated
("all-in-one") counting-stacking-packing
equipment for maximum process control
and operability and for easy
and fast installation & start-up.
Available as a standard for the packaging of products
in pre-made bags supplied in
wickets. Full servo technology:
all operating units driven by servo-motors for
maximum flexibility in meeting different packaging
format requirements and for fast changeovers.
Sturdy design, with all process units
easily and quickly accessible
through protective LEXAN covers with
hinged doors. Stainless steel
or surface coatings for all parts in contact with
the product. Designed and manufactured in co-operation
with Optima Filling and Packaging Machines GmbH. |

Servo-motor
driven product collection and re-pitch unit with
anti-static and anti-wear flat belts, height adjustment
system and product thickness control device. Two
servo-motor driven product twist belts with gap
adjustment. Innovative design product infeed system:
driven by linear motor, intermittently swinging
for continuously feeding the product into the
stacking paddle-chain, with the chain motion or
still. Product collection with dual ("top
& bottom") paddle-chain for maximum control
of collected products, servo-motor driven for
high speed operation and with automatic product
reject system. Stack counting and delivery system
with double driven "cartesian" unit
for a linear stack extraction through still paddle-chain
for high speed operation. |

driven stack pre-compression unit with compression
force up to 1,5kN. Two-axis servo-motor driven
robot pusher to transfer the stack to the bag
filling &sealing section.

system with two servo-motor driven overhead linear
actuator with pushing arms, supported on both
machine sides and dual chain guided on cam tracks.
Stack compression unit with two, stainless steal,
compression plates with air cushion,each operated
by a servo-motor & crank system for maximum
compression up to 25 kN. High compression version
up to 50 kN available as an option. Over-compression
feature for easy compressed stack transport and
bag filling. Rapid change over by means of spindles.
All compression strokes easily adjustable via
control panel screen. Servo-motor driven shuttle
to transfer the stack from the main compression
into the bag. Stainless steal shuttle plates with
air cushion for a no-friction stack transfer.Rapid
change over by means of spindles. Servo-motor
driven bag pick-up and opening unit with mechanical
clamps for bag opening and holding and with vacuum
system to help bag opening. Rapid change over
by means of spindle. Servo-motor driven automatic
bag wickets conveyor. Servo-motor driven welding
station designed for impulse sealing, with upper
and lower welding bars, air-cooled and with individual
temperature controllers and with vacuum film holding
system for high quality seal execution. Mechanically
operated side gussets folding poles. Pneumatically
operated trim cut-off knife. Lower welding bar
with exhaust slot for trim removal. Enhanced modular
system with shuttle, bag pick-up unit, wicket
conveyor, welding station monted on sliding bars
for easy process adjustment.
