Technology Transfer & Training (TT&T)
Before the machine delivery, the Customer’s operators and technicians participate in dedicate TT&T sessions.
The base courses pay a special attention to the Machine Production Process, the management of the machine through the Operator Interface, the Setting, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of the process operating units as well as dedicated sessions pertaining the electrical system architecture and the machine software.
In addition, detailed information are provided about Fameccanica coding system & bill of materials and the Documentation package supplied in electronic format, with the aim to provide an excellent knowledge of the tools for Spare part searching.
The level of information and the duration of the Training Courses can also be customized upon request according to specific needs (e.g. special sessions about PLC programming, motion&servo technology, glue systems, ets.) .
Process Consultancy
Any time the Customers experience production slow downs at their Plants, they can rely on 60 experts in process engineering providing machine audits and production consulting and 4 key regional technicians specifically assigned to the different geographical areas
Customer Assistance
Every new machine is installed and started-up under the supervision of qualified technicians and supplied with an accurate technical documentation describing the functioning and maintenance principles; the documentation is also available on Cd rom with an interactive display system.
The documentation on Cd rom includes instruction manuals, catalogues for the fast identification and selection of spare parts, technical documentation, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and software drawings, detailed information on the products that each line can produce.
The documentation is provided with a system for the management and check of the process parameters to assure the quick start-up at the Customer’s plant, simplify the size changeover operations, provide the operators with easy-to-use data for the optimization of the production process and to facilitate future checks.
