Fluffless Core
LOW REWET, FAST ACQUISITION TIME AND LIQUID DISTRIBUTION
The most recent developments made it possible to achieve excellent results in terms of core integrity, combined with high softness when wet. Our machines can be equipped with the Fluffless Core solution in different structures, thanks to Fameccanica process technology to manufacture Innovative Lady Sanitary Napkins and Light Inco product with softs and thin cores with the highest possible amount of SAP.
Compressed Fluff Core
THE ABSORBENCY OF AN AIRLAID PRODUCT AT A CHEAPER COST
Fluff core is defined “Compressed” when it is a high-density core. This solution is used to have the same absorbency of an airlaid product with the same thickness at a cheaper cost.
Deep Embossing
ATTRACTIVE, THREE-DIMENSIONAL AND BULKY CORE
“Deep embossing" is a typical product feature of “Asian-style” products, which is becoming widely known also in Western markets. It marks the product as a “top level” item, lending it more attraction and underlining the three-dimensionality of the core, making it look “bulky”.
3D Laminate
DUAL SIDE HIGH-LOFT LAMINATE FOR ENHANCED 3D WEBS
Significant increase of thickness/softness. Thickness increase is normally 3 times higher than flat layers (+200% and over). Different aesthetics on the two sides (protrusions and channels).
