Privacy Policy

We are submitting this Privacy Policy pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”).

We invite you to read this Privacy Policy with particular attention, in order to be fully informed about our data protection policy.

For the purposes of this Policy, you are also referred to as the “Data Subject”.

  1. Data controller

The data controller is FAMECCANICA.DATA S.p.A. a Socio Unico e soggetta ad attività di Direzione e Coordinamento di ANGELINI HOLDING S.p.A., Via Aterno n. 136, 66020 – Sambuceto di San Giovanni Teatino (CH), Italy (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company” or “Data Controller”).   1. Purpose of processing

Processing is carried out for the purpose of providing the specific information requested by the Data Subject on the Company's goods and technologies.

  1. Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis of the processing, in relation to the purposes referred to in point 2, is the consent of the Data Subject pursuant to Article 6, lett. a), of GDPR.

  1. Categories of data processed

For the above-mentioned purposes, the Data Controller may process the following categories of personal data: personal data identifying the Data Subject (so-called “common data”, e.g. name, surname, tax code) and contact details (e.g. address, country, telephone number, e-mail).

  1. Data origin

The personal data held by the Controller are acquired directly from the Data Subject.

  1. Methods of data processing

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned legislation and with confidentiality obligations. These data will be processed mainly by computer and also on paper and on any other suitable support, in compliance with the security measures provided for by the GDPR.

  1. Categories of recipients of data communication

The personal data provided may be accessed and processed by expressly authorised employees of the Company and may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

  1. providers of services necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing (e.g. providers of IT services, website operators, etc.);
  2. individuals operating under our direct authority and/or that of the parent companies, associated or subsidiary companies;
  3. if necessary, to public organisations (e.g. authorities and supervisory and control bodies and, in general, public persons acting as public officials or public service officers).
  1. Period of data retention

The personal data provided will be stored in accordance with the principle of proportionality and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued, in compliance with the principle of storage limitation (Article 5 GDPR) and for the time necessary to fulfil legal obligations; in any case, until the revocation of the specific consent by the Data Subject.

Verification of the obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

  1. Rights of the Data Subject

The privacy legislation (Articles 15 to 23 GDPR) guarantees the Data Subject’s right to access his or her own data at any time, as well as to rectify and/or supplement them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, to have them erased or to restrict their processing, if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for reasons related to his or her particular situation, to the portability of the data provided, if processed automatically for the contractual services requested, within the limits of the Regulation (Article 20 GDPR).

The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free of charge.

This does not affect the Data Subject’s right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, where deemed necessary for the protection of his or her personal data and rights in this respect.
