On January 18, Angelini Technologies-FAMECCANICA met the fourth-year students of the Liceo Classico G. d'Annunzio in Pescara - with a traditional-scientific address - with a meeting dedicated to this specific class.
The meeting is part of the ERASMUS+ program and part of the Adoptldee project, funded by the European Commission, which involves schools and companies with challenges aimed at developing feasible and applicable solutions in the business environment for topics related to the environment, circular economy and ESG responsibility.
The school took up our challenge "Social Sustainability: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion," and the teachers then identified the class to tackle it.
We asked the students to think of an hypothetical company where they would like to work in the future, and to imagine what projects and support tools they would like this company to provide for them to address issues of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
The class will also have the opportunity to visit our company in the coming months.
